Username or Password issues:

If you are having trouble logging in, on your login page click on the forgot password link and enter either the email address used for registration or your username.  You will immediately be sent an email with further instructions on updating your password.

If you would like to update either your password or username, once logged in, in the upper right hand corner of each webpage, click on the Your Account tab, the click on the Customer Center.  Inside the customer center click on account info.  Here you will be able to update your information.

Billing Issues:

If you are experiencing any issues with your credit card, billing, updating billing card or if you wish to cancel your account, please login to your account and in the upper right hand corner of each webpage, click on the Your Account tab, the click on the Customer Center.  Here you will be able to update your information and get a copy of any past invoices.
